He responds to phone calls and texts quickly. He is not pushy and patiently explains what is going on. We had a water leak and didn’t know where it was coming from. Another plumber came, charged a lot for diagnostics, and was wrong. Shon is willing to get in there and do what needs to be done to actually locate the leak. He is very timely. He went above and beyond and gave us great recommendations that he noticed about our house plumbing. He seems very knowledgeable, friendly, fair pricing, professional, and just generally very helpful. He will be our go-to plumber going forward.

The weekend before Thanksgiving my wife noticed the smell of gas coming from the cabinet next to the stove. We called the gas company who came out and confirmed that we had a leak. The gas company was unable to fix the leak and let us know we needed to have a plumber come out. In the meantime they would need to shut off the gas to the stove until it was fixed. A friend had recently used Pallan Plumbing and highly recommended that we give them a call. Shon from Pallan Plumbing replied promptly and was able to get out to our house on Tuesday. He showed up on time and was very knowledgable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the leak with minimal disruption to the surrounding cabinetry.
