Plumbing Jobs in Ventura County

Emergency Plumber in Camarillo -24/7 Service

We started Pallan Plumbing in Camarillo with a simple idea: do the job right, treat people fairly, and stand behind the work. That goes for our customers, and it goes for the people who wear our shirt. If you’re a plumber or an installer who takes pride in a clean job and a straight answer, we’d like to talk with you.

We’re a family-owned company, and we mean that in how we run the crew. Shon still runs jobs, still answers the phone, and knows everyone here by name. When you join, you’re not a number on a dispatch board. You become part of the Pallan Plumbing family, and we build around people who plan to stay.

Two ways to work with us

Plumbing isn’t one job, so we don’t lump everyone into one title. We hire for two different roles, and each has its own page so you know exactly what the day looks like before you apply.

Service plumbers are our problem-solvers. You’ll roll up to a home in Camarillo or Ventura, figure out why a water heater quit or where a slab leak is hiding, and make the repair while the homeowner is standing right there. It’s diagnostic work, and it’s the face of the company. If you like variety and talking to people, start here. See the Plumbers page.

Installers are our builders. You’ll handle the bigger scheduled work: repipes, water heater and tankless swaps, sewer line replacements, fixture and appliance installs, and new construction rough-in. It’s hands-on production plumbing where the quality of the install, and the whole plumbing system behind the wall, is everything. If you’d rather put your head down and build something right, this is your lane. See the Installers page.

Not sure which fits?

Apply to either one and we’ll sort it out in the conversation. Plenty of good plumbers do both.

Who tends to do well here

Over the years we’ve brought on journeyman plumbers, service and maintenance technicians, plumbing installers, and drain technicians, plus apprentices still working toward a license. What we care about more than a résumé is whether you show up, own your work, and treat a customer’s home like your own. A California driver’s license and a clean-enough record to drive a company truck are the baseline. Real plumbing experience in residential or light commercial work matters more than where you got it.

If you’re newer to the trade, don’t count yourself out. We’d rather train a reliable person with a good attitude than inherit bad habits.

What you can expect from us

Steady work year-round across Ventura County, not a slow season that sends everyone home. Company truck and the tools to do the job. A boss who’s actually a plumber and knows the difference between a fair day and a rough one. And room to grow, whether that means chasing your journeyman card, moving from installs into service, or taking on a lead role as we add trucks.

We keep the crew small on purpose, so when a spot opens it’s worth having. Pay is competitive and we’ll talk specifics once we know what you bring. We’d rather have that conversation face to face than post a number that doesn’t fit everyone.
