The weekend before Thanksgiving my wife noticed the smell of gas coming from the cabinet next to the stove. We called the gas company who came out and confirmed that we had a leak. The gas company was unable to fix the leak and let us know we needed to have a plumber come out. In the meantime they would need to shut off the gas to the stove until it was fixed. A friend had recently used Pallan Plumbing and highly recommended that we give them a call. Shon from Pallan Plumbing replied promptly and was able to get out to our house on Tuesday. He showed up on time and was very knowledgable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the leak with minimal disruption to the surrounding cabinetry. Pallan Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving, and for that I highly recommend them for any plubming needs!

Shon has come to help twice with two different issues I have had with my gas lines for my fire pit. Shon is trustworthy. It took me a couple months to finally call a plumber for issue #1. When issue #2 came up (completely different item), I text him that day, and he was out 2 days later and fixed it, just nice to have someone you can trust. He just did some work at a friends house and they said the experience was the same.

Shon is absolute amazing. Was able to schedule me in the next day. He arrived on time and also was very informative with breaking down the situation. Would highly recommend him !

TIPS
Plumbing Tips from the Pros
					 Avoid grease down the drain

Grease might go down hot, but it cools and sticks to the inside of your pipes, causing major clogs over time. Use a paper towel to wipe pans before rinsing and toss grease in the trash instead.
How to spot early signs of a weak leak

Unexplained water bills, warm spots on the floor, or damp carpet could mean a hidden leak under your foundation. Catching it early can save you thousands in water damage and structural repairs.
					 Don't ignore slow drains

If your sink or tub is draining slowly, it’s a warning sign, not just an annoyance. It could mean buildup in the pipes or even a deeper sewer line issue, so don’t wait until it becomes a full clog.
Know where your main water shut-off is

Flush your water heater once a year

Sediment buildup in the tank can reduce efficiency and shorten its lifespan. Draining it annually keeps hot water flowing and helps your system run smoother.
Check under sinks for leaks every few weeks

A quick glance under your kitchen or bathroom sink can help you catch small drips before they cause water damage, mold, or cabinet rot.
					 Don't use chemical drain cleaners

They may seem like a quick fix, but harsh chemicals can eat away at your pipes and even damage seals. Try a plunger or call us if it keeps clogging.
					 Install water alarms near appliances

A small sensor under your washing machine, water heater, or sink can alert you to leaks early, before your floors get soaked.
Keep your water pressure in check

High pressure might feel great in the shower, but it puts serious stress on your plumbing system. A pressure regulator can extend the life of your pipes and appliances.
					 Replace old washing machine hoses

Rubber hoses can crack and burst over time. If yours are older than 5 years, swap them out for braided stainless steel hoses.
Turn off outdoor faucets in winter

Before freezing temps hit, disconnect hoses and shut off outdoor faucets to prevent frozen and burst pipes.
Know the age of your water heater

Most heaters last about 8–12 years. If yours is getting up there, keep an eye out for rust, odd noises, or water around the base.
FAQs

What is the typical cost of a drain cleaning?

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

Every plumber on our team is fully licensed, insured, and trained to handle residential plumbing safely and professionally. Your home is in good hands.
What should I do if I have a water leak?

First, shut off your home’s main water valve to stop the flow. Then call us right away. We’ll help you contain the issue and dispatch a plumber fast to prevent more damage.
Do you handle gas line repairs?

We do. Our team is certified to safely repair or replace residential and commercial gas lines, including shut-off valves, appliance hookups, and leak detection. Gas issues are serious, don’t wait to call.
Can you install new appliances like dishwashers or water heaters?

We handle professional installations for major plumbing-connected appliances. Whether it’s a new dishwasher, garbage disposal, or water heater, we make sure it’s hooked up properly and up to code.

You can do either! Our online form is quick and easy, or you can call us directly if you prefer to speak with someone. Either way, we’ll respond fast.
