Shon has come to help twice with two different issues I have had with my gas lines for my fire pit. Shon is trustworthy. It took me a couple months to finally call a plumber for issue #1. When issue #2 came up (completely different item), I text him that day, and he was out 2 days later and fixed it, just nice to have someone you can trust.

The weekend before Thanksgiving my wife noticed the smell of gas coming from the cabinet next to the stove. We called the gas company who came out and confirmed that we had a leak. The gas company was unable to fix the leak and let us know we needed to have a plumber come out. In the meantime they would need to shut off the gas to the stove until it was fixed. A friend had recently used Pallan Plumbing and highly recommended that we give them a call. Shon from Pallan Plumbing replied promptly and was able to get out to our house on Tuesday. He showed up on time and was very knowledgable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the leak with minimal disruption to the surrounding cabinetry. Pallan Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving, and for that I highly recommend them for any plubming needs!

We use techniques like pipe bursting or pipe lining to replace or repair underground sewer lines without the need for major excavation. It’s ideal for preserving lawns, gardens, driveways, and other landscaping features, offering a cleaner, faster, and less disruptive process compared to traditional digging. Homeowners benefit from a quicker turnaround time, lower restoration costs, and long-lasting results.

Commercial Trenchless Sewer Line & Replacement
Commercial trenchless sewer line and replacement service meets the needs of businesses, property managers, and facilities that must avoid downtime at all costs. We can perform the repair or full replacement of underground sewer systems without disrupting business operations, parking lots, or heavily trafficked areas. Our Trenchless Sewer Line & Replacement Process
Trenchless technology allows us to repair or replace sewer lines efficiently without tearing up your property. Here’s how we handle the job from start to finish:
Sewer Line Inspection and Diagnosis
- We begin with a high-definition video camera inspection to locate the problem areas and assess the overall condition of your sewer line.
Site Preparation and Utility Locating
Before any work begins, we mark all underground utilities and prepare minimal access points.
Final Testing and Site Cleanup
- Once the new line is in place, we perform a final camera inspection and flow test just to be sure everything meets the code and functions perfectly. Then we restore the access points and leave the area clean and intact.
Trenchless Repair or Replacement Method
- Depending on the situation, we use one of two primary methods: First is pipe bursting where we break apart the old pipe while simultaneously pulling in a new high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe. Second is cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining where we insert a flexible liner saturated with epoxy into the old pipe, which cures in place to form a seamless, jointless new pipe.
Pipe Cleaning and Debris Removal
- The existing pipe is thoroughly cleaned using hydro jetting or mechanical methods to remove blockages, roots, or buildup. A clean line is necessary for accurate repair or lining installation.
Experiencing These Sewer Line Issues? Here’s What They Mean
Drain problems often show warning signs before they turn into serious plumbing emergencies. If you notice any of these issues, here’s what could be happening:
Slow Drains Throughout the House
Slow drains could point to a blockage in the main sewer line. These blockages create resistance, preventing water from flowing freely through the system.
Frequent Backups in Toilets or Tubs
Frequent backups or overflowing toilets are signs that the sewer line may be severely blocked or damaged.
Unpleasant Odors from Drains or Yard
If you smell foul odors coming from your drains or yard, it could be an indication of a cracked sewer pipe or an underground sewage leak.
Patches of Extra-Green Grass or Soggy Areas in the Yard
If you notice unusually lush patches of grass or consistently soggy areas in your yard, it could be due to a leaking sewer line beneath the ground.
Sudden Spike in Water Bills (in some cases with sewer line leaks)
A sudden increase in your water bill could be a sign of an undetected sewer line leak.
Common Sewer Line Problems We Fix
Tree Root Infiltration
- Possible Causes: Roots enter through pipe joints or cracks in search of water.
- Solution: Mechanical root removal followed by trenchless pipe lining to prevent future intrusion.
Pipe Corrosion and Deterioration
- Possible Causes: Aging cast iron or galvanized steel pipes breaking down over time.
- Solution: Full pipe replacement using HDPE or trenchless lining to restore flow and durability.
Pipe Bellies (Sagging Sections)
- Possible Causes: Soil shifting or poor original installation leading to low spots where waste accumulates.
- Solution: Precision excavation or pipe bursting to replace sagged segments with proper slope.
Collapsed or Broken Pipes
- Possible Causes: Structural failure due to ground movement, heavy traffic above, or deteriorated materials.
- Solution: Trenchless pipe bursting to remove the damaged section and install a new, durable pipe.
Offset or Misaligned Pipe Joints
- Possible Causes: Ground settling or poor workmanship during initial installation.
- Solution: Realignment or complete replacement with seamless trenchless methods to eliminate joint problems.
Grease and Debris Buildup
- Possible Causes: Years of grease, soap scum, and waste solidifying inside the pipe.
- Solution: High-pressure hydro jetting followed by inspection and potential lining if pipe integrity is compromised.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the lifespan of a trenchless sewer line replacement compared to traditional methods?
Trenchless sewer line replacements should last for decades, often 50 years or more, depending on the material used. This is comparable, if not superior, to traditional methods, which typically require more maintenance over time.
Can trenchless sewer replacement be used for all types of pipe materials?
Yes, trenchless technology is versatile and can be applied to a wide variety of pipe materials, including clay, cast iron, PVC, and even concrete. The method works especially well with older materials that are prone to cracking or corrosion.
Will I need permits for trenchless sewer work on my residential or commercial property?
Permits are typically required for trenchless sewer work, as with any major plumbing or construction project. The specific permits will depend on local regulations and the scope of the work being done.
Are trenchless repairs covered by homeowner's insurance or commercial policies?
In many cases, homeowner’s insurance and commercial insurance policies cover trenchless sewer line repairs if the damage is caused by an insured event, like tree roots or sewer backups. Yet, you must check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage and understand any exceptions.
