"Shon has come to help twice with two different issues I have had with my gas lines for my fire pit. Shon is trustworthy. It took me a couple months to finally call a plumber for issue #1. When issue #2 came up (completely different item), I text him that day, and he was out 2 days later and fixed it, just nice to have someone you can trust. He just did some work at a friends house and they said the experience was the same."

The weekend before Thanksgiving my wife noticed the smell of gas coming from the cabinet next to the stove. We called the gas company who came out and confirmed that we had a leak. The gas company was unable to fix the leak and let us know we needed to have a plumber come out. In the meantime they would need to shut off the gas to the stove until it was fixed. A friend had recently used Pallan Plumbing and highly recommended that we give them a call. Shon from Pallan Plumbing replied promptly and was able to get out to our house on Tuesday. He showed up on time and was very knowledgable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve the leak with minimal disruption to the surrounding cabinetry. Pallan Plumbing saved our Thanksgiving, and for that I highly recommend them for any plubming needs!

Residential Home Repipes
Older homes with frequent leaks, low water pressure, or rusty water benefit from a complete pipe replacement. Our team carefully assesses your plumbing system to determine if targeted pipe repairs or a full home repipe is the most cost-effective and lasting solution. Even if your home doesn’t require a full repipe, we offer expert services like pipe section replacements, leak detection, and water line upgrades to keep your system running smoothly. Our licensed plumbers use only premium, modern materials like PEX or copper.

Commercial Home Repipes
Commercial repiping is a vital service for businesses and multi-unit properties experiencing aging, corroded, leaking plumbing systems, etc. Unlike residential jobs, commercial repipes involve complex layouts, larger-scale pipe networks, and stricter code compliance. When Is It Time to Repipe Your Home? Here’s How to Tell
Frequent leaks or burst pipes throughout your home despite repairs
If you find yourself repairing leaks repeatedly, it’s a clear indication that your pipes are nearing the end of their lifespan.
Discolored, rusty, or foul-smelling water indicating pipe corrosion
Rusty or discolored water typically means your pipes are corroding from the inside.
Low water pressure that affects multiple fixtures simultaneously
When several faucets or showers have poor pressure at the same time, it usually points to narrowed or clogged pipes.
Visible pipe damage
Pipes that show signs of external damage or corrosion are vulnerable to failure. Heavy mineral buildup can restrict water flow and damage the pipe walls.
Outdated plumbing materials
Older pipe materials (like galvanized steel or polybutylene pipes) were not designed to last indefinitely and often corrode or crack over time.
Increased water bills
A spike in your water bill can signal leaks inside walls or underground, where damage goes unnoticed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical home repipe take to complete?
A standard home repipe usually takes between 2 to 5 days, depending on the size of the property and the complexity of the plumbing system. Larger homes or those with difficult access require additional time. Our team works as fast as possible, but safety and quality are our first priority.
Can I live in my home during the repiping process?
In most cases, yes, you can stay in your home while we complete the repipe. We plan the work to limit water shutdowns and maintain safety. However, some sections require temporary water interruptions, which we schedule to minimize inconvenience.
How do you determine which type of pipe material is best for my home?
We assess factors like your home’s age, water quality, climate, and budget. You don’t have to worry, we recommend the material that best fits your specific situation.
Are there any warranties or guarantees offered with home repiping services?
Most professional plumbing companies offer warranties covering materials and workmanship. These can range from one year to lifetime guarantees, depending on the scope of the project and materials used. Always confirm warranty details before work begins.
Is repiping covered by homeowners insurance?
Most standard homeowners insurance policies do not cover repiping unless damage results from a covered event like a sudden pipe burst. It’s best to check your specific policy and consider additional coverage for plumbing issues.
What is the difference between repiping and relining pipes?
Repiping means completely removing and replacing old pipes, while relining adds a new lining inside the existing pipes to seal leaks. Repiping is for severely damaged or corroded systems, while relining suits less extensive issues.
Can repiping increase the value of my home?
Yes, updated plumbing is an attractive feature for buyers and can increase property value.
